It was that biology c(o)urse in High School - the one where you cut open a frog and view its perfectly color coded organs - that made me realize I prefer learning about the universe more than biology innards. Besides, by that time I had already gutted numerous deer, fowl, one wild boar and hundreds of squirrels and rabbits, not to mention all the fish we caught. What was a stupid frog gonna show me? But then again, now that I think about it, how did they get all those organs so perfectly color coded? Nomatter.
Recent drama leading up to CERN announcement kept me glued more than ever to RSS feeds and news sites. Luckily I wasn't disappointed. Hats off to scientists the world over. This is a moment to celebrate humanity and possibly, at least for a sec or two, forget how stupid humans really can be.
